The Link-Pack linear labeler offers the opportunity to process several sizes of pails with handles. The system is user-friendly and only requires placing a pail or container with its handle against the guide to allow an unobstructed rotation during label application. The guide stabilizes conical containers, preventing misalignment during label application. The containers are seized by a motorized 3-point aligner that rotates the containers. During this phase, your choice of one or two labels can be applied to the container from the same *label roll.
A guide maintains the handle horizontally while the labels are being applied. A second guide located on top of the pails will keep the container from lifting during the rotation, due to the conical design. Such a movement would result in inaccuracies in label placement in addition to wrinkles.
The labeled containers can be removed by hand or automatically transferred to another conveyor for the next step in your process. Electronic settings for each format can be stored for quick and easy adjustments. All our labelers are inspected and approved by CSA to ensure electrical compliance.
This labeler is suitable for companies that want to increase the accuracy and efficiency of their labeling operations. Its rugged open frame is built with a stainless steel frame. It is constructed with high-quality components such as a motorized 3-point aligner, Allen Bradley touch screen and PLC, Herma 500 label applicator, and a 6″ wide x 8′ long motorized conveyor.
The Link-Pack wrap-around labeler can reach speeds of 25 containers/minute. It is designed and assembled in Quebec by our team, which also provides fast and reliable technical support.
