Our Paint Can Labeler is a specialized wrap labeler designed to apply pressure-sensitive labels to 2 oz. to 1-gallon metal, plastic, or hybrid paint cans. This advanced paint can labeling machine is ideal for various cylindrical containers and features an orientation option to align containers before labeling.

Empty containers are placed on the labeler’s conveyor either manually or from an upstream conveyor. The containers are spaced and then captured by a motorized 3-point aligner that rotates them to detect the handle ears. After the system completes container detection, labels are applied around the entire circumference of the paint can. Fully labeled containers are then manually removed or transferred to a downstream conveyor for further processing.

This wrap-around labeling machine is versatile, capable of labeling 2 oz., 1 qt., 1 L, and 3.78 L containers, and is adaptable for other cylindrical sizes and styles. The orientation function can be activated or deactivated via the touch screen as needed. Additionally, the labeler stores electronic settings for each format, allowing for quick and easy adjustments.
