Case Erector with Tape
This automatic case erector is a high quality machine that forms various sizes of RSC cases. It is equipped with an ergonomic and rugged box magazine. The machine folds the minor flaps first, followed by the major flaps folding, and than the boxes are evacuated from the machine by two side belt conveyors. As the box travels through the conveyors, the bottom of the box is sealed with tape.
This specific model of automatic Box Former Machine will deliver up to 12 boxes/minute and blanks (flat cartons) magazine capacity is 38 inches long.
The standard case erector is delivered with a painted steel frame, but an optional stainless steel frame is also available. Also standard is an Omron PLC, but other brands of PLC such as Allen Bradley are also offered as option.
This automatic case erector is suitable for hand packing for fully automated packing with a robotic arm, drop packer or other systems.
