Model RP6- TZ (30) is a 6 station rotary filling and sealing bagger system that can be used to fill various dry products, powders or solid products in stand-up pouches with various types of zippers, whether press-to-close or slider.
This specific model of pouch bagger is a simplex model (which means one pouch is filled per cycle) which can be synchronized/integrated with literally any brand or style of combination scales. For powder products, such as spices, flour, sugar, whey proteins or even chemical, an auger filler can be integrated to the premade pouch bagger instead of a scale. Many other systems can be integrated to the bagger, like cup filler, linear scales or customized robotic inserting device.
This is the ideal premade pouch fill/seal bagger for co-packers.
