Lids are discharged from the in-feed, transferred by suction cup, and guided through star wheels before entering the closer. It is especially effective for cups, deli-tubs, and buckets using metal or thin plastic lids that lack the rigidity for vertical stacking units. With quick changeovers and in-line automation, the ALP-1 helps increase productivity while reducing manual labor requirements.
