The Link-Pack Paint Can Labeler is an oriented wrap labeler explicitly adapted to apply pressure sensitive labels to 2 oz. – 1 gallon metal, plastic or hybrid paint cans. This wrap-around labeler works well on various cylindrical containers and offers the possibility to orient the containers before applying the labels.

Empty containers are placed on the labeler’s conveyor by hand or transferred from an upstream conveyor. The containers are spaced and then captured by a motorized 3-point aligner that rotates the containers on themselves to detect the handle’s ears. Once the system completes the container detection, the labels are applied to the entire circumference of the paint can and released. The fully wrapped containers are removed manually or transferred to a downstream conveyor for further processing.

This wrap-around can labeling machine labels 2 oz, 1 qt, 1 L, and 3.78 L container formats and is adaptable for use with other sizes and styles of cylindrical containers. The orientation function can be activated or deactivated from the touch screen as needed. Storing all electronic settings of the labeler for each format allows for quick and easy adjustments.
