Link Pack’s Beer Can Labeler lets you adjust output to demand by switching aluminum can formats (12, 16, or 32 oz) and labels with ease. Filled, capped, and dried cans are driven to the labeler on a continuous conveyor and spun with the wrap belt to apply the pressure-sensitive label.
Our can labeling equipment works perfectly as a stand-alone solution, built with a small but sturdy open frame, wrap-belt, control box, a Herma 500 servo label applicator, and a user-friendly control panel of buttons and potentiometers. It can also be integrated to fit any production line with height adjustments. Our frames can also be constructed to suit wash-down requirements, and Allen Bradley touch screen and PLC are available upon request.
While applying pressure-sensitive labels is an economical and straightforward operation for small-batch micro-breweries, a clean, dry surface is required for optimal adhesion. To this effect, we recommend supplementing our beer can labeler with a JetTunnel Drying System.
