Link-Pack’s Tax Stamp Labeler automates excise stamp application on pre-filled, sealed cannabis pouches in a wide range of sizes and styles. It supports flower, gummies, and other products, with Allen Bradley PLC settings that enable quick bag size changeovers for consistent, reliable labeling.

This semi-automatic, off-line system uses manual pouch feeding onto a continuous-motion lugged conveyor, with side guides ensuring accurate alignment before stamp application. It can also integrate into an existing production line if pouches are discharged in a steady, consistent flow.

Child-resistant zipper pouches can be oriented front or side, while a pneumatic swivel spout applies and retracts cleanly to clear bottom gussets. A foam roller can add extra pressure for strong adhesion, and high-speed rigid-container needs may be better suited for rotary tamper-evident labeling systems.
