Concetti IGF Series

The Concetti IGF 1200 is a fully automatic open-mouth bagger built for filling and closing pre-made 10 kg to 50 kg bags. It is designed for semi-free-flowing mixtures, clumping powders, and animal feed in crowded production environments. Its compact footprint, flexible weighing options, and controlled product flow help support fast, accurate, and reliable bagging.

Built for versatility, the IGF 1200 can handle flat or gusseted bags made of paper, PE, or WPP with fully automatic PLC-assisted format change in about 90 seconds. It also supports multiple closure options, including sewing, heat sealing, hot-melt, and pinch-top closing for airtight, contamination-resistant bags. Features such as de-aeration, dust control, and optional palletizing support help produce stable, compact bags with strong stacking quality.

Shape of bags: Flat, with or without handle, cushion, sewn bottom, sealed, glued (pinch bottom) and cross bottom. Gusseted bags: with or without handle, sewn bottom, square, sealed or glued (pinch bottom)
Flat bag dimensions: Width: from 350 to 600 mm or from 300 to 500 mm, depending on type of bag-holder user Length: from 550 to 1100 mm
