Concetti IGF Series

The IGF Series is a fully automated pre-made open-mouth bagging system designed specifically for bagging semi-free flowing mixtures of coarse and fine powders with a clumping tendency as well as animal feed which zero’s in on bag stability and airtight seals to avoid leakage or contamination. This series fits into any restricted production site du to its compact footprint. 

Combined with a belt-fed NET/N weighing scale and an intermediate discharge belt for rapid filling and exact product flow regulation. The reduction of air inside the bag ensures lthe packaging maintains its shape and stacking qualities. Contingent on product particularity,  the IGF can be coupled with either a net or gross weigher using gravity, belt, or screw-feed system.

THE IGF SERIES’ VERSATILITY 

With self-adjusting features the IGF supports 10/25/50 kg open-mouth bagging operations for various materials including Paper, PE, or WPP bags.

AIRTIGHT BAG CLOSURE

Sewing or “pinch top” closures provide airtight closures which eliminate contamination risks during the bagging and storage processes. The compact and squared bags also provide steady palletizing for increased worker security. 

FORMAT CHANGE

Format changeovers are PLC-assisted so that operator-less setup times are reduced to a mere 90 seconds. The IGF is secure and comes equipped with EC regulation compliant inspection doors and safety devices.

DUST-FREE PRODUCT FEEDING AND FILLING

Single or double Concetti augers reduce air trapped during the bagging process and are quickly disassembled for easy cleaning. In addition, de-aeration probes eliminate any air remaining inside the bag during the filling process, resulting in a more more stable, compact bag and minimizing spillage in the bagging zone. Equipment manufactured by Concetti for flours is subject to a particular “food finishing” painting cycle.

OPTIONAL PALLETIZING FEATURES

The IGF series provide a vibratory and air-evacuation devices which favor an exceptionaldistribution of semi-free-flowing mixtures within the bags. This feature enables automated palletization with PS/AA high-push-type level palletizers or the class PS-3A robot palletizer class.
