Emplex MPS7500

The Emplex MPS7500 Continuous Band Sealer hermetically seals bags and pouches at speeds up to 800″ (20.32 m) per minute and can be configured for manual, semi-automatic, or automatic loading. The sealing process is adjustable and accommodates variations in material for pouches up to 12 mil/300 micron in thickness (6 mil/150-micron maximum when gusseted), ensuring reliable seal integrity on every bag.

The Emplex MPS7500 Continuous Band Sealer by PlexPack is perfect for manual, semi-automatic, or automatic loading. It is a “plug and play” system for easy-to-use hermetic seals on bags filled with up to 2 lbs of product. This sealer offers consistent, solid, airtight seals that keep your product pure, fresh, and secure.

The standard features include a PLC HMI touchscreen, variable pressure sealing bar, Teflon sealing bands, and an adjustable height frame.
