Continua FFS
The Continua FFS or Form-Fill-Seal Bagger has three operating stations: one to form the bottom of the bag and cut the film to the desired length, the second for filling, and the third for sealing the upper edge of the bag.
This Continua FFS bagger possesses specialized mechanical and technical solutions that allow the machine to achieve high speeds. With its machine-mounted actuators, the Continua completes changeovers and shifts operating phases quickly, through the PLC and without additional operator intervention. The monobloc structure, equipped with inspection doors, makes the system perfectly safe for the operator.
Along with the usual vibration devices and options for corner sealing, this machine is equipped with the Concetti Group patented handle-maker device, treating 10 to 40 kg bags. This feature shapes one or two handles on the bag’s short sides, which improves transportation and manipulation.
