Concetti STARPACK®
The Concetti Group has designed the STARPACK® monobloc system for high hourly production needs. Limited space requirements and protective doors make it a remarkably compact and safe machine to integrate into any production site.
STARPACK® is highly versatile, functioning with either net weighers or gravity feed systems and various bag types and sizes. Format-change operations can be handled quickly, without any operator intervention, thanks to actuators and supervision operations performed by the PLC.
STARPACK® comes equipped with bag-storage trolleys, including two compartments to hold empty bags. The second one is moved forward to the work position when one pile runs out and can quickly resume operations without operator intervention or downtime. The compartment emptied compartment is refilled and ready.
STARPACK® comes complete with safety devices compliant with the current EC regulations.
STARPACK® BAG-CLOSING PROCESSES:
- Plain stitch
- Fold and stitch
- Stitch through crepe tape
- Stitch with application of adhesive tape
(double or single over the top application) - Heat-sealing
- Hot melt glue
