Link-Pack’s Cobot Tray Packer has a compact footprint ideal for automated, integrated production lines, picking, packing, and other applications. Options for this cobot include automatic tray erecting and handling. Tooling or end effectors can be substituted to be better adapted to jobs in multiple industries, including food & beverage or medical & cosmetics. 

This lightweight cobot is mounted to our rugged stainless steel frame and offers a wide reach of up to 1300mm and a payload of 12,6kg. This model’s tooling includes ultra-light yet sturdy 3d carbon-printed suction cups, which do not penalize the cobot’s total payload capacity. It handles 12 cans per cycle for trays with a 24-can capacity or approximately four trays per minute. The current application is adapted to tray packing but is also suitable for RSC cases.

It can accomplish complex movements with six operating axes, moving in x, y, and z planes using roll, pitch, and yaw. This collaborative robot automates strenuous work and simplifies processes. Easy to program, it is capable of collaborative work and is backed by a solid team to train the workforce and ensure technical support throughout its lifetime.
