Link-Pack’s compact Cobot Tray Packer is in stock for fast delivery and is built for automated production lines, picking, packing, and integrated workflows. Optional upgrades include automatic tray erecting and handling, plus swappable end effectors for industries like food and beverage, medical, and cosmetics.

Mounted on a rugged stainless-steel frame, it offers up to 1300mm reach and a 12.6kg payload, using ultra-light 3D carbon-printed suction cups that preserve lifting capacity. It can pick 12 cans per cycle for 24-can trays, running about four trays per minute, and also works for RSC cases.

With six axes for complex movement, this collaborative robot automates demanding tasks, is easy to program, and comes with training and long-term technical support. It can also be configured as a cobot-assisted labeler for multi-position, multi-direction, or hard-to-reach labeling needs, with custom systems available on request.
