Enercon’s induction seal machine is designed to create induction seals that prevent bottle leakage. It also helps preserve product freshness across different container cap types and closures. The machine is used for industries such as Food & Beverage, Cannabis, Chemicals, Cosmetics, and Pharmaceuticals.

The induction sealing process converts electrical energy into magnetic and thermal energy. This heats the foil and melts the polymer layer on the disc inside the cap. Link-Pack also notes that tunnel or channel sealers are recommended for spouted or CRC containers.
