The ELITA single-side pouch labeler is built for food manufacturers running stand-up pouches like snack bags, candy, confections, and other pouched dry goods that need consistent label placement without adding headcount to the line.
A servo-driven feeder pulls pouches from a magazine and places them onto a motorized cleated conveyor with centrally-adjusted guides, so bags stay aligned through the entire labeling pass. A Herma 500 servo label head applies labels. Label position, conveyor speed, and guide settings are stored as a recipe on the Allen Bradley PLC.
The whole system is designed to run with one operator. The magazine can be replenished while the machine is running, an in-machine light and Lexan roof keep the work zone visible and protected from debris, and light curtains around the feeder shut the machine down before a hand gets near the pick-and-place mechanism. It’s CSA certified and available as a stand-alone unit or integrated into an existing line.
Because label placement accuracy and reject handling matter more in food packaging than almost anywhere else. The ELITA Pouch Labeler can be built with a camera-based inspection and reject system, and a coalating conveyor that stacks finished pouches in batches ready for hand-off downstream. Both are configured per project; the base machine runs without them if your line doesn’t need them.
With Safety guarding and CSA certification , it can run as a stand-alone unit or integrate into an existing packaging line.
