The RT 210 is a ten-station Simplex FS Pouch Bagger or rotary filling and sealing bagger useful for packaging various dry, powdered, or solid products in stand-up pouches with multiple types of zippers, whether press-to-close or slider.
This specific simplex pouch bagger is a simplex model (one pouch is filled per cycle) that can be synchronized/integrated with literally any brand or style of combination scales. An auger filler can be integrated to the premade pouch bagger instead of a scale for powdered products, such as spices, flour, sugar, whey proteins, or even chemicals. It is possible to integrate many other systems like cup fillers, linear scales, or customized robotic inserting devices to this model.
