The LMS 120 / LMS 124 are intermittently operating oval rotary machines characterized by their 20/24 stations. Center-Spouted Pouching HFFS systems are suitable for producing flat bags or stand-up pouches, even with resealing systems, such as spouts or zippers. These high-quality technologies are applicable in a variety of industries, product types, and consistencies.

Practical for semi-viscous products like fruit puree, juice, yogurt, dairy, or liquid products where closure is required. The SN LMS 120/124 is an UltraClean Horizontal Form-Fill-Fitment Bagger constructed to meet USDA 3A sanitation regulations. Thanks to the oval/rotary design of the filling area, it is possible to perform multi-shot filling. This Horizontal FFS Bagger for spouted pouches is capable of being integrated with various dosing equipment such as piston fillers, flow meter fillers, auger fillers, combination scales, or micro-pumps for smaller volumes.
