The FMH 80 is an HFFS Bagger or Simplex Horizontal Form-Fill-Seal machine in USDA 3A specification is appropriate for cheese, meat, or other food processing environments.

The FMH 80 Simplex FFS machine has an open frame design that allows easy access to cleaning & maintenance crews and operators without compromising the machine’s performance or robustness. Other features such as “single clamp” cassette for quick gripper changeovers, sealing jaws on pivoting turret, and servo-driven seal bars are only a few of the added benefits of this Hygienic HFFS Bagger.

The FMH 80 is an intermittent packaging machine with eight stations that conforms to USDA 3A norms. Ideal for forming, filling, and sealing flat or stand-up pouches from rollstock, even with reclosure systems.

Typical applications include shredded cheeses, meats, frozen fruits, frozen vegetables, dry, or liquid products.
