The MINI109 is a complete and straightforward linear scale filler specifically designed to distribute and bag small quantities of fresh produce or cheeses as well as dry powdered or granular, free-flowing products like spices, grains, and seeds. Product distribution ranges from 10g – 250g weights at a rate of 8-12 bags/minute. 

Similarly to the Me109 and ME1095, this Linear Scale Filler is offered as a semi-automated system for operator-assisted filling or as a fully automated system. The automation of the linear scale filler usually requires a conveyor and container indexing system which are both available and integrated by Link Pack.

With this linear scale filler full wash-down and integrations are available. Other options include electropolishing, multiple ingredient blending, product elevators and floor hoppers.
