Link Pack’s Lidder with Sorting Elevator is an entry-level system that sorts and applies lids for tin, composite cans, and other container types. Bulk lids are loaded into a hopper, then correctly oriented lids move up the elevator and are blown down the chute for placement.

Once positioned, a roller press closes each lid to seal the container securely. Finished items can be removed manually or sent to a rotary accumulation table for smoother handling.

Built for easy use, low maintenance, and reliable performance, it is IP65-rated and ideal for food production environments. It can integrate into many lines and is often paired with a tamper-evident labeler with container orientation, with larger pail options available through a dedicated lid closing machine.
