Link Pack

The Link Pack Top Labeler is simple to use and reliably applies pressure-sensitive labels to nearly any container with a flat surface, including clamshells, food trays, tubs, or cartons. Our Top Labeler includes a variable-speed conveyor (as shown in the picture) and can be integrated to existing conveyors or machines. Our range of stand-alone labelers feature Herma 500 Servo Label Applicators because of their flexible applications.

Coupled with a speed encoder, the Herma Label Applicator will adapt to third-party conveyor speeds and consistently achieve repeatable label placement on your products. Positioning sensors detect the container to label, ensuring a consistently placed label regardless of the regularity of packaging infeed. Customization may be necessary to accommodate your specific packaging. Some lighter containers may require a linear guide or starwheel to secure the product during label application. Likewise, depending on packaging characteristics, a roller or brush may be better suited to secure the label after the application process.

Roll changeovers and adjustments for different labels or container sizes take less than a minute. Rated IP65, the top labeling system is perfect for the food production environment.
