Link Pack’s paint can labeling machine is a specialized wrap labeler that applies pressure-sensitive labels to 2 oz. to 1-gallon metal, plastic, or hybrid paint cans. It also includes an orientation option to align cylindrical containers before labeling for cleaner, more consistent results.

Empty containers are placed on the conveyor manually or from an upstream line, then spaced and captured by a motorized 3-point aligner. The system rotates each container to detect handle ears, applies a full wrap label around the circumference, then sends finished cans to manual removal or a downstream conveyor.

This wrap-around labeler can handle 2 oz., 1 qt., 1 L, and 3.78 L sizes, and can be adapted to other cylindrical formats. Orientation can be turned on or off via the touchscreen, with saved electronic settings for fast format changes.
