The Link Pack automatic cannabis packaging machine delivers precise, high-speed label placement for common cannabis pouch sizes, including child-resistant and press-to-close zipper pouches, with or without bottom gussets. It can run up to 100 pouches per minute, supporting two Simplex or one Duplex premade pouch bagging machine, and labels products like flower, gummies, candies, and other edibles. Built for reliability and easy operation, it features interlock safety guards plus CSA certification (recognized by UL and ESA), and can work as a stand-alone unit or integrate into an existing packaging line.

This offline system includes a dual-lane powered magazine, pick-and-place handling, a Herma servo-driven label applicator, and Allen Bradley PLC/HMI controls for fast recipe-based changeovers. It handles pouches from 3.6 to 12 inches wide and up to 14 inches long, using suction cups and a continuous-motion cleated conveyor for accurate alignment, with photocells that detect jams and stop the machine automatically while allowing refill during operation. Optional add-ons include TTO, CIJ or thermal inkjet coding, vision inspection, faulty pouch rejection, accumulation conveyors, and a second label applicator for top-and-bottom labeling.
