Form-Fill-Seal Bagger from Tubular Reel

Concetti FFS-E

The FFS-E form-fill-seal machine from tubular reel forms large-sized bags. 25kg bags average speeds of up to 30/minute depending on product characteristics. Three separate stations operate pouch forming, filling, and top-sealing, and bag length is easily adjustable. Thanks to its actuators, no operator intervention is needed to complete swift bag-size changeovers. Changing the parameters memorized in the system’s PLC is easy with the FSS-E’s user-friendly HMI.

 

Due to its small footprint, the Concetti form-fill-seal bagger requires little space, making it easy to install on any production site. Its monoblock structure is open on the bottom, making the cleaning and inspection operations extremely simple, and its interlock doors ensure maximum safety for the operators.
