This FFS Packing Machine by the Concetti group are ideal for many applications including wood pellet bagging, pet foods and many other granular products. This FFS Packing Machine produces bags from roll stock (tubular PE reels), which are cost-effective as they provide savings in storage space and money compared to their pre-made counterparts. The Continua FFS-E model offers technologically advanced bagging solutions, and paired with bag inspection units and robotic palletizing it delivers results tailored to customer needs.
The Continua FFS Packing Machine comes with three operating stations: the first handles the forming of bag bottoms – based on the desired bag length, the second manages the filling cycle, and the third conducts top sealing. The corner-welding feature on this bagger produces a squarer, more compact, sturdy, and spacious bag.
The operating parameters for phases and changeovers are PLC-assisted and completed quickly, resulting in time efficiency. The Continua FFS Packing Machine operates with minimal operator intervention, thanks to the actuators mounted on the machine, and the monobloc structure is equipped with inspection doors making it for the operator.
