We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team.

Job Description

This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position at Groupe Link Pack Inc. in Terrebonne.

    • Recording transactions in the Sage 50 accounting system
    • Invoicing clients for equipment, parts, and service purchases
    • Preparing monthly account statements and following up on unpaid invoices
    • Validating supplier invoices against purchase orders
    • Paying invoices according to payment terms and properly organizing records
    • Reconciling credit card and other bank statements
    • Validating expense accounts and entering data into the accounting system
    • Preparing GST and QST declarations
    • Preparing delivery slips and shipping documents (e.g., Purolator, FedEx, etc.)

Qualifications

We’re seeking a self-motivated Mechanical Designer with a strong background in SolidWorks.

    • AEC or DEC diploma in Administrative Techniques/Accounting
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an accounting clerk in an SME
    • Excellent written and spoken French; functional English
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative
    • Proficiency with common Google and Microsoft applications
    • Experience with ERP or MRP software is an asset
    • Legally authorized to work and reside in Canada
