Mechanical / Automation Engineer

Terrebonne, QC | Full-Time | Hybrid in Terrebonne.

At Link Pack, our engineers turn ideas into reality. Our team designs automated packaging equipment and robotic solutions for companies here and abroad, primarily in the food, chemical, and cannabis sectors.

We’re looking for a mechanical or automation engineer to join our team in Terrebonne. This role is involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial brainstorming to SolidWorks design, through to debugging and commissioning. Small team, challenging projects, and a short decision-making chain: good ideas move quickly into execution.

Key Responsibilities

• • University degree or DEC in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks software.
  • Strong mechanical background and basic machining knowledge.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with common Google and Microsoft applications.
  • Experience with ERP or MRP software is an asset.
  • Legally authorized to work and reside in Canada.

Non-Negotiable

• Positive attitude and drive to perform
• Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering
• Member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation
