AiCROV’s LSB semi-automatic drum filer is designed to provide an effecicient, reliable and operator friendly solution for filling liquid and viscous products into 60-250 litre metal or plastic drums or barrels. With normal productions up to approx. 65 drums per hour (220L size), the LSB combines precision durability ans simplicity to meet your production needs.
This drum filling equipment combines efficiency, flexibility and reliability in one robust system. Designed for manufacturers in the chemical, petrochemical, food and logistics industries, it features quick configuration and start-up, an adjustable filling arm for differentcontainer heights, and intuitive controls for simplified operations. It’s built-in control system requires minimal installation, while optimal ATEX and food-grade certifications ensure compliance with both hazardous and sanitary production standards.
The LSB can be equipped with a range o accessories, including a gashood with anti-drip system, product-hose support, double weight scale, CIP cleaning system, and overfill detection. Operation is as straightforward as setting the net or fill values, adjusting the lance height, positionning the drum, and pressing “fill” for precise, automatic dispensing.
