The Link Pack Top Labeling Machine is easy to use and applies pressure-sensitive labels to flat-surface packaging like clamshells, food trays, tubs, and cartons. It includes a variable-speed conveyor, integrates with existing lines, and uses Herma 500 Servo Label Applicators for flexible applications.

With a speed encoder, the label applicator matches third-party conveyor speeds for repeatable label placement, while sensors detect each container for consistent results even with uneven infeed. Depending on your packaging, customization may include a linear guide or starwheel for lighter containers, plus a roller or brush to secure the label after application.

Roll changes and size adjustments take less than a minute, and the system is IP65-rated for food production environments. For bottles, cans, or jars, a straight wrap labeler may be a better fit.
