Link Pack's Prima C-Wrap Labeling Machine is simple to use and reliably applies pressure-sensitive labels to three sides of nearly any box or clamshell container with flat surfaces.
Link Pack’s C-Wrap labeler applies pre-printed labels across three faces of a box or clamshell packaging front, side, and back, in one continuous pass. Built for corrugated cartons or clam-shell style packaging that need wrap-style label coverage, like pizza boxes, baked goods, or fresh produce. This equipment can handles multiple formats by performing simple changeovers in a matter of minutes.
All electronic settings are saved by recipe, so switching between box formats is a screen selection, accompanies by a few mechanical adjustments (guide width, applicator height, depth, and angle).
Boxes move through on a motorized split-belt conveyor – the gap allows the label to be attached to the underneath. A photoeye with reflector detects each box as it arrives, and a Herma 500 servo applicator places the label with consistent registration regardless of box spacing or minor timing variation from upstream equipment.
