Semi-automatic tamp labeler | Link Pack

Semi-automatic labeler
Flat or curved surfaces

Simple to use, accurate and reliable, our semi-automatic tamp labelers can be used to apply pressure-sensitive labels to pretty much any flat, rounded or curved surfaces.

Depending on the application, we can provide a universal adjustable jig or make a custom jig to hold your products during label application.  An operator simply place the product on the jig and press a foot switch or buttons to apply the label.  Model 414 can even apply labels to recessed areas or around one or more side of your products.

The semi-automatic labeler is easy to adjust for different size of labels or containers, and roll changeovers can be done in less than a minute.

Featuring Herma 400 Servo Label Applicators, our range of semi-automated labelers includes model for wrap-around on cylindrical products as well as customized systems for special applications.

Our design mindset is to build modular systems, so all semi-automatic labelers can be converted to fully automatic in the future.

If you need an automatic labeler for top label application on flat products, please take a look our Top Label Applicator with conveyor or our Top & Bottom Labelers.
